18 · PTD CLUB became a backer drive

Every perk came off the CLUB, free shipping included. Membership is now a monthly pledge to fund the build, and the six tiers and their prices are unchanged. Backers are listed on a public wall by default, under the name they type on our page, and can opt out. The CLUB handbook.

The same day, referrals moved to a sliding scale set by the referrer’s own tier, from 10% at TRADE to 25% at CHASER MAX. The two DL tiers do not refer.

18 · Vers Capital does three things

Vers Capital now funds BUILD, SUPPORT and LAUNCH: the platform itself, paid work for DØLLs, and new projects. Grants and nonprofit partnerships came off the list.

A one-time gift of any amount, alongside the six tiers. It carries no referral and no subscription.

13 · The needlefly became the symbol

The PTD NEEDLEFLY is the official symbol. It sits beside the wordmark and does not replace it: the registration stays on the words.

12 · V12, and the ®

The design system moved to V12 · PRISM PAPER COKE DELUXE. No colour and no type changed. The mark is registered, so the ™ became a ®, set as punctuation rather than a superscript. How the ® is set.

06 · PTD CLUB became six tiers

The single-price CLUB was replaced by three families, each with an upgrade, across three billing cadences. The entry rung and the annual price are unchanged, so every existing “from $5 a month” statement stayed true. Free shipping remained the standing perk at every tier.

06 · The colour system locked to two wheels

MAIN indexes a section of the platform, RESERVE indexes what a member pays, and ALL IN is both for documents that cover everything. Every tone became a three-colour stack. Vers Capital moved off bronze, then off HARRODS the same day, and settled on MIDNIGHT. See Colour.

06 · These docs became the library

Restructured from a flat FAQ into nine sections mirroring the site navigation, so a “read more in our docs” link never crosses a vocabulary boundary. Every section became a real, indexable URL rather than a fragment.

05 · Two sell paths, and the pitch changed

The four-way seller chooser collapsed to two: you have a store, or you do not. The home headline moved to the queer-platform line. Comparisons to incumbent marketplaces were retired rather than swapped for a different incumbent. Hand-maintained house counts came out of copy entirely.

31 · The punctuation sweep

Double colons retired across the site, em dashes removed, and every horizontal divider line deleted. Whitespace does the structuring now. The trademark certificate went onto the licensing page.

30 · V10 PRISM PAPER LUXE locked

Calmer display type, single-colour headlines, white ground everywhere including footers, and more air. Supersedes every earlier version of the design system. See The law.

28 · The mark was federally registered

PAY THE DØLLS®, Reg. No. 8,365,768, Principal Register, IC 025 and IC 035. Copy describing the mark as filed or published became wrong on this date. See Licensing.

24 · Licensing opened

The licensing surface was rebuilt around formats rather than a rate card. Licensing revenue was confirmed as company revenue and explicitly not earmarked for Vers Capital.

22 · CLUB repriced

Entry membership moved to $5 a month, $50 a year. The earlier $8.88 pricing is retired.

19 · The fee became one number

The three-tier fee ladder was retired for a flat 6% co-listing fee. The member perk was reversed from 10% off everything to free shipping, because a catalogue-wide discount eats an independent house’s margin. Vers Capital was corrected from “holding company” to what it is: an internal account funded by dues.
